you look in the mirror and see something you don’t like…

you know that you have been eating a bit too much lately, but you are active (ish), so there should be no problem losing it…

but you feel more sluggish, less able to do tasks you did easily a few months ago ( or it seems that way)…

you bent down to pick something up the other day and it knocked the breath out of you…

so maybe it it time to face facts and see how much body fat you have.

no-one really likes to admit they are overweight, but most of us are…

we have access to too much easy food…

too much food that tastes really good but may not be the best for us…

our bodies are very efficient at saving for a rainy day…excess calories are stored for a famine…

but for most of us this never comes…and we keep piling it on…

i know i did when i calculated my body fat….

i was close to being obese…very overweight….

i didn’t feel too bad…

put most of my aches and pains down to the aging process….

but since i have tweaked my lifestyle, and am helping Matt tweak his, i’ve found that i have a lot more energy..

feel less bloated most of the time…

am more alert….

have less mental fog…

and all of this is down to a few simple exercises carried out daily…

has it cut down on my body fat…

it is starting to eat into it…

have i changed my food intake ….

well a little…the main thing is that i have reduced slightly my portion size….not what i am eating…

so for my current lifestyle what i need is slightly less calorie intake
